Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of chimneysweepnewhope.us (New Hope Chimney Sweep) and the phone number shown on it, operated by Ring Local LLC. By using the site or calling the number, you agree to these terms.

A referral service, not a contractor

New Hope Chimney Sweep connects you with independent, third-party chimney providers. Ring Local LLC does not perform chimney sweeping, inspection, masonry, fireplace, stove, vent, repair or any other work, and does not employ the providers. Providers are independent businesses that pay Ring Local LLC for referrals.

Providers are responsible for their work

Any agreement for services is between you and the provider. The provider is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and any warranty. We do not endorse, guarantee or warrant any provider or its work, and we cannot promise that a provider will be available at a particular time. Please ask the provider your questions and review any agreement before work begins.
